With the understanding that a home is often times your largest asset and largest debt, Dee approaches home buying and refinancing with an eye toward your big financial picture. Perhaps that is why she was voted three years in a row “Best Mortgage Loan Officer”.
Where do you want to be and how can you get there? Your questions can have answers with an achievable road map, and you don’t need to feel alone. Having an experienced loan officer by your side with whom to bounce ideas and ask questions helps you get there faster and smarter. Everything is figure-out-able and a touch of humor helps.
It’s reassuring to know that Dee has first hand experience, too – residential and commercial property investor, landlord, DIY renovator, flipper, expert speaker, and author in dozens of local and national publications… Topics she has covered include renovating for green living, real estate investing, second homes, and simplifying the mortgage process.
Since Dee begin in the mortgage market 18 years ago, she has consistently been a top producer and now is grateful to be a trusted advisor for repeat clients who have gone through many life changes -upsizing, downsizing, retirement, divorces, relocations, growing families…
In her spare time, Dee enjoys reading nonfiction books, woodworking, furniture building with slabs and is a certified Permaculture Designer, having designed and built a dozen gardens. A champion for animals, Dee led the effort to pass a law in Fulton County, GA banning dog chaining and volunteered with spay and neuter programs in the Bahamas. She performed on mountain bike in the 1996 Olympic closing ceremonies, walked the 490 mile Camino de Santiago trail across Spain and is forever looking for a right point break to surf. She lives on Bainbridge Island with her partner and menagerie of companion animals surrounded by a food forest they designed.
