I had a great experience with Walt and his team. I was a first time homebuyer who didn't have a clue what I was doing. I initially reached out just for some more info and advice about the loan process and to see if could be pre-approved. Because he was so thorough and easy to talk to I continued to work with him. Even in spite of a brief period of cold feet on my part. Walt wrote me very detailed emails and answered all my questions thoroughly. If I am given the opportunity to recommend him and his team, I will!

Our experience with Walt hannawacker and Fairway independent mortgage has been extremely enjoyable experience. I must say using their app online it's fairly simple. an amazing experience. allowed me time to acquire the needed paperwork documents. I was able to do all necessary request for documents online.
